DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS

Only a $300 deposit per person is required to confirm your trip booking. The deposit is due at the time of booking. Full payment is required 90 days before travel. If you have paid the tour deposit and cancel, only 80% of the deposit will be refunded. If you have paid for the full tour and cancelled, alternative fees may apply depending on the proximity of your cancellation date. See below for details regarding cancellation refunds.

INVOICE ACCURACY

Every effort is made to ensure invoice accuracy, however, Toerbroers Australia cannot be held responsible for printing or typographical errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances. Please review the details on this invoice and advise us immediately of any discrepancies prior to payment to avoid amendment fees. Prices are not guaranteed until a deposit is received.

PASSPORT AND VISAS

Please ensure that your name(s) on the invoice are as per your passport because name changes or amendments may incur Toerbroers and Airline fees. It is your responsibility to have a valid passport and all visas, permits, and certificates required for your holiday. Toerbroers are available to assist you or you can visit visalink.com.au for further information. Remember to visit your doctor to find out which vaccinations are required before you travel.

 

WE REQUIRE - YOUR FLIGHT DETAILS

Toerbroers Australia can assist you with booking affordable flights for your holiday. However, if you would like to source flights independently, please email details to Aussie@toerbroers.co.za no later than 90 days prior to departure from Australia. This will help us with organising transportation for your arrival.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is compulsory that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses and evacuation expenses before you travel on a Toerbroers holiday. We strongly recommend that your insurance also covers cancellation, personal liability and loss of personal property, and is arranged at the time of deposit. Toerbroers can assist with travel insurance options, contact us for further information.

PAYMENT

Payment is required by the due date stated on your invoice and failure to meet payment deadlines may result in your booking being cancelled or repriced. Any additional costs incurred due to late payment are the responsibility of the client.

 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PLANS

For credit card payments please contact Sya@toerbroers.co.za for further information regarding payment plans. We offer the flexibility of monthly payment plans that assist with making your dream holidays affordable through simple, manageable payments.

 

LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Please ensure you follow the luggage limit guidelines set by your airline. We recommend travelling light with a small carry-on bag suitable for everyday use. This allows you to enjoy your holiday to the fullest and leaves room for holiday souvenirs to remember your amazing trip with us when you return home.
